eleV8T’s program succeeds through a time-tested 8-step process. eleV8T prepares trainees for the workplace by carefully walking them through each step. Every step in our program builds on the progress made in the previous step.
HOW eleV8T WORKS
We support each of our trainees as individuals. We recognize that every person is unique with different life experiences, strengths and weaknesses. We meet each of our trainees where they are and move them along at the proper pace, providing customized support at every turn.
As our trainees progress through the process, we celebrate each milestone and success along the way.

RECRUIT adult learners for the program.

Facilitate aptitude testing, interests, preferences and personality assessments to make the highest quality career and educational recommendations.

Provide adult learners with occupational training specific to their skills and interests to improve readiness for gainful employment and higher wages.

Prepare adult learners through career planning, business writing, online facilitation and leadership skills. Produce a Career Trajectory Plan through resume writing, interview and financial literacy workshops to ensure stable employment that provides increased economic opportunities and career success.

Match adult learners with employment opportunities through job referrals, searches and placement.

Support adult learners through vision planning, goal setting, professional development training and ongoing support from a career coach to provide guidance for the pursuit of professional goals.

Collect data on adult learners and the program to generate a Social Return on Investment (SROI) report to ensure the program meets objectives.

Establish a support community among employers, community partners, continuing education programs and graduates from the program to increase our collective impact.
